Katseye, Sombr, Riley Green and More to Perform at 52nd American Music Awards
Katseye, Sombr, Hootie & the Blowfish, Keith Urban, Maluma, Riley Green, Teddy Swims, and Twenty One Pilots will perform at the American Music Awards, airing live on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026, from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, at 8 p.m. ET/ 5 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+, CBS and Dick Clark Productions announced on Thursday. Queen Latifah will host.
Nominations for the 52nd American Music Awards were announced  last month. Taylor Swift leads with eight nominations, followed by Morgan Wallen, Olivia Dean, Sabrina Carpenter, and SOMBR with seven each. Fan voting is now open via VoteAMAs.com and the @AMAs Instagram profile in all award categories. Voting closes on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 11:59:59am PT, with the exception of Social Song of the Year and Tour of the Year, which will remain open through the first 30 minutes of the AMAs broadcast.

First-time AMA nominees Katseye will bring the U.S. television broadcast premiere of their new single “Pinky Up,” while Teddy Swims will perform his new single “Mr. Know It All.”

Thirty years after winning the American Music Award for Pop/Rock New Artist, Hootie & the Blowfish will return to the AMAs stage to perform some of the hits that earned them that trophy in 1996.
Maluma will return to the AMA stage with a performance of a song from his latest project “Loco x Volver,” out May 15, and Riley Green will make his AMA performance debut.
Keith Urban will perform a track from his forthcoming “Yacht Rock” album Flow State, out June 12, and Twenty One Pilots will perform the fan favorite “Drag Path.”
