CAA Names Courtney McHugh as Executive in Talent Business Ventures
Creative Artists Agency has hired branding agent Courtney McHugh, naming her as an executive in its talent business ventures group.
McHugh, who joins CAA after serving as founding agent at United Talent Agency’s ventures group, will work across film, television, music, sports and digital talent to build global consumer brands and businesses.

McHugh brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of talent, consumer and ventures. At UTA, she led incubation efforts for category-defining brands, partnering with leading talent — including: Emma Chamberlain (“Forbidden Fruits”), Issa Rae, Taraji P. Henson, Elizabeth Banks and Priyanka Chopra — to launch and scale businesses from concept through commercialization.  Her work has spanned brand creation, product development, strategic partnerships and go-to-market execution.

Most recently, McHugh served as Chief Commercial Officer of Amplifye, a science-driven nutrition company. There she led commercialization strategy, brand development and key industry partnerships. around the product (a protein enzyme taken with meals to promote gut health and recovery). She is also an active advisor and investor in early-stage companies, with a focus on consumer health, wellness, and next-generation brand platforms.
