Kate Beckinsale Posts Cryptic Messages on Social Media, Sparking Concern from Fans
“Serendipity” actor Kate Beckinsale posted cryptic messages to her personal social media account early Sunday morning, leaving fans concerned.
Beckinsale posted a black screen with “bye” written across it on her Instagram story, followed by a second post of a rainbow with the text “congratulations you won i give up.” These posts have since been deleted, but were reposted by worried fans on X. She currently has no posts on Instagram.
Reps for Beckinsale did not immediately respond to Variety’s request for comment.
The actress has a history of taking to social media to air her grievances. In a since-deleted Instagram video from earlier in September, Beckinsale said that “people have seen or experienced levels of horror, terror, violence” don’t “just dream about incessantly, so there’s no rest. They see it when they blink. Every time they close their eyes for a second and those people aren’t recognized as heroes.”
